The tractor is equipped with a Euro 5 emission–compliant diesel engine with a displacement not less than 12,800 cubic centimeters and not more than 12,990 cubic centimeters. The engine features six inline cylinders and delivers an output of not less than 560 hp (412 kW) and not more than 575 hp (423 kW). The vehicle adopts a 6×4 drive configuration and is fitted with a chassis transmission providing 12 forward gears and 2 reverse gears. The overall vehicle dimensions are a length of not less than 8,550 mm, a width of not more than 2,550 mm, and a height of not more than 3,500 mm, with a minimum ground clearance of 400 mm. The wheelbase is at least 3,800 + 1,450 mm, with a rear overhang of not less than 800 mm. The gross vehicle weight is not less than 40,000 kg, the combined vehicle weight is not less than 100,000 kg, and the permissible axle load is at least 9,000 / 32,000 kg.

The tractor is additionally equipped with a winch having a rated lifting capacity of at least 40 tons, with rope and winch tension also not less than 40 tons. The rope unwinding speed ranges from a minimum of at least 8,200 mm/min to a maximum of at least 32,900 mm/min. The rope diameter is not less than 2.8 cm, and the winch running speed is not less than 8.5 m/min. The wire rope length is not less than 60 meters and does not exceed 90 meters. The hydraulic pump operating pressure is 16 MPa. Auxiliary rollers are installed at the rear of the tractor frame to guide the wire rope, and the winch can be manually controlled from both the cab and the work platform.
